Common questions, answered.

What do I need to get set up?
Connect the systems your club already runs: that's it. No IT project, no migration, no implementation phase. If you can sign into your vendor portals, you can set this up yourself.
Which systems does it work with today?
VALD, Catapult, WHOOP, Hawkin Dynamics, 1080 Motion and STATSports, with more connectors on the way. If your club runs something we don't cover yet, tell us. Founding coaches drive the connector list.
Does it make decisions for my athletes?
No. It reads, drafts and flags. The desks surface what needs your eyes and prepare the groundwork; every call on an athlete stays yours.
Who owns the data?
Athlete data belongs to the club. Your methods belong to you: plans, reflections, the way you coach. You can export them at any time. The full position is in the ownership promise.
What happens when I change clubs?
Your plans, reflections and methods travel with you. The club keeps its athlete data; you keep the way you work.

How does it learn how I coach?
It starts with a 28-question onboarding that captures how you plan, progress and pull back. From there, every edit you make teaches it. The longer you use it, the closer its drafts get to what you would have written.
